Manga-Mania May: Yu-Gi-Oh.

Yugi Muto is short, week and looks like a koala-bear. He is therefor often the target of bullies, and he sadly doesn't have many friends besides Anzu, a girl he has known since kinder-garden.
But Yugi has a great talent for anything game related. This is what is going to save his ass from his tormentors. You see, Yugi has a ancient puzzle from from Egypt, witch was a gift from his grandfather. He told Yugi that if he could solve the puzzle, he would be granted a wish. And since Yugi apparently doesn't have hormones, and therefor doesn't wish for Anzu's panties, he want to wish for a real friend(what the hell is Anzu then, you little dick?).
But he gets a whole lot more than that. After solving the puzzle, Yugi is granted magic from a dead pharaoh, and can now punish all his tormentors by the us of "Shadow Game" a dangerous game that is about humanity, where the loser will be granted a terrible penalty.
This manga is... not perfect. The art for one thing is not very good(it gets better, but still), and the characters can be pretty annoying from time to time. I do not have much hatred toward female manga charterers as much as everyone else, but there are two I honestly dont like. The first one is Sakura from Naruto, the other is Anzu from this series. It's not that she is awful, but she honestly doesn't have much to offer, and I think it would have been better if the manga had it's focus on only Yugi, Jounoshi and Honda. In fact, I saw a lot of potential in Honda, and I wish he would have more moments than the one were he showed of his awesome skills as sniper.
But there is a lot of great game-battles in this manga, and even some good ideas for games, such as Dungeon Dice Monsters, witch I wish would have been made into an actual game. I honestly think the card-game that was born from this series may be one of the weaker games, I wanted to play Monster Fighters ten times more.
Take my advice and read the first 7 books in the series, they are the actual good books. Or watch "season zero," a anime never shown outside of Japan, it's genius and way better than the manga. it has a lot of creepiness, and great ideas for sick party-games, like placing money on your hand and collect them  stabbing them with a knife.
That's all for now, 3 to go.
I'm Waezi2, and thanks for wasting time with me.
